Land Notification gives you the ability to monitor property recordings involving either your name OR your property parcel ID number (PIN).

By entering either a PIN or a name an ALERT can be created, prompting our system to look for new recordings. When a document is recorded that matches your information, the system will send you a notification. You can create as many ALERTS as you would like (allowing for several names or PINs to be monitored). Please note, when using a parcel ID number (PIN) you would enter only letters and numbers, do not use dashes (example: FDL1517151229600; your PIN can be found on your property tax bill).

When an ALERT is triggered, a message will be sent to the email address you provided and will contain information about the activity. You can then contact the Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds office for additional information or review the instrument yourself at https://landinfo.fdlco.wi.gov/LandShark/login. Please keep in mind, when creating ALERTS, common names, such as "John Smith" may produce many results.
